• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• Please note that all order items cannot be exchange with no exception.

5. Gift Wrapping

• Gift wrapping is available for a small fee or free if noted in checkout.
• Please add any special instructions in the “Notes to Seller” field.
  

6. Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized orders may take additional processing time.
• Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
