4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Please note that all order items cannot be exchange with no exception.
5. Gift Wrapping
- Gift wrapping is available for a small fee or free if noted in checkout.
- Please add any special instructions in the “Notes to Seller” field.
6. Custom Orders
- Custom or personalized orders may take additional processing time.
- Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
